Profit & pricing calculator for Android
Know what you actually keep after fees.
Sellculate is a margin, markup and profit calculator for sellers, resellers, freelancers and small business owners. Price products and jobs with the costs that usually get missed — shipping, packaging, platform fees, processor fees, tax and discounts.

Illustrative example — not a quote or advice.
Textbook margin math ignores the costs that decide your profit.
Cost and price are the easy part. What sinks sellers is everything between the sale and the payout: marketplace commissions, processor cuts, listing fees, shipping you absorbed, packaging, tax handled the wrong way, and a discount added at the last minute.
The problem
- Quick mental math on cost vs price overstates profit — the fee stack comes out later.
- Margin and markup get mixed up, so prices end up lower than intended.
- Spreadsheets work, but they're slow on your phone and easy to break.
- Many calculator apps want accounts, ads, or your numbers in their cloud.
The Sellculate answer
- Instant results: enter cost and price to see profit, margin and markup.
- The real cost stack: shipping, packaging, platform fees, processor fees, listing fees, tax or VAT, discounts, quantity.
- Reverse solving: from a target margin to the price you must charge — or the most you can pay.
- Local-first and private: no account system, no analytics SDK.
Built for pricing decisions, not just percentages
Everything in Sellculate serves one question: after every cost is counted, what do you keep — and what should the price be?
Profit, margin & markup at once
Enter cost and price and see profit, margin and markup instantly — no mixing up the two percentages that decide your price.
Work backwards from a target
Enter cost plus a target margin to find the selling price, or enter price plus a target margin to find the maximum cost you can pay.
The full cost stack

Saved products & history

Editable fee profiles
Build fee profiles for marketplaces and payment processors. Built-in templates are starting points only — always verify current marketplace rates.

Where Sellculate earns its place
Made for online sellers, resellers, makers, retailers, freelancers, consultants and small business operators who need to know what they actually keep after fees.
-
Pricing a new product
Start from your cost, add the fee stack for where you'll sell it, set a target margin — and get the price that actually delivers it.
-
Deciding on a discount
Compare the base scenario against the discounted one before you commit, and see exactly how much margin the sale price gives away.
-
Sourcing and negotiating
When the market sets the price, flip the solver: enter price plus your target margin to find the maximum cost you can pay a supplier.
-
Quoting a job
Freelancers and consultants can stack fixed costs and processor fees into a quote, so the number you agree to is a number you can live with.
Frequently asked questions
What does Sellculate calculate?
Enter cost and price to see profit, margin and markup instantly. Or work backwards: enter cost plus a target margin to find the selling price, or enter price plus a target margin to find the maximum cost you can pay. You can add shipping, packaging and fixed costs, platform fees, payment processor fees, listing fees, tax or VAT, discounts and quantity to the calculation.
Does Sellculate need an account?
No. Sellculate has no account system and no analytics SDK. Saved products, notes, photos, fee profiles and history stay in app storage on your Android device.
Does Sellculate work offline?
Sellculate is built for private, local-first pricing work, and your saved data lives on your device. The one online feature is optional: exchange rates can be refreshed from Frankfurter and are cached, so currency conversions work as offline estimates.
Are the marketplace fee presets official rates?
No. Fee profiles are fully editable templates for marketplaces and payment processors. Built-in templates are starting points only; always verify current marketplace rates before relying on a price.
Is Sellculate a stock or crypto margin app, or financial advice?
No. Sellculate is a business pricing calculator, not a stock, crypto, forex, lending, banking, insurance, investment, or leveraged trading app. Calculations are estimates and not financial, legal, or tax advice.
What is the difference between margin and markup?
Margin is profit as a percentage of the selling price; markup is profit as a percentage of cost. The same sale always has a higher markup than margin. Sellculate shows both at once so the two never get mixed up — and our margin vs markup guide walks through the math.
What platforms does Sellculate run on?
This page covers Sellculate for Android, available on Google Play. Check the Google Play listing for current pricing and device requirements in your region.
